This soft-ripened Camembert, crafted exclusively from 100% pasteurized goat’s milk, beautifully expresses the seasonal character of our herd at The Farm at Doe Run. Flavor notes include sweet summer grass with delicate vegetal undertones, offering a bright and clean profile. As it ripens, each short wheel develops a luscious, gooey core—perfect for snacking, spreading, or starring on a cheese board.
In support of environmental stewardship, 10% of sales from this cheese are donated to Stroud Water Research Center.
