Chicken drumsticks bring me back to my childhood. My mama would make breaded, baked chicken drumsticks with mashed potatoes for a big Sunday dinner. All the kids would dunk our drums into the mashed potatoes before we ate them...
I don't do that anymore..
But, I do make chicken drumsticks fairly often- usually on the grill with you guessed it OLD BAY. It makes the skin nice a crispy so each bite is mouth-watering.
