BLOW HORN
This aged lactic has been made on our farm since 2014. Barrel shaped wheels contain a geo rind with a lightly dusted maze of wrinkles. A cross section reveals a soft, outer cream layer which leads to a crumbly, tart core. Tasting notes feature green apple, yeast, & a hint of fruit blossoms.
Cheese Type: Soft, aged lactic set w. geo rind.
Milk Type: Pasteurized cow’s milk.
